Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding the shipping costs. Please email "support@contrivebyeman.com" with your order number to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once received, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

Returns conditions:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that the goods are in the original and unused condition.

Non returnable goods:

• Items clearly personalized or made to your specifications.

• Digital goods, such as PDF & SVG files.

• Materials cut to order, such as Fabric & Webbing.

• Dirty, scratched or used items.

• Final Sale Items.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new items and once the return is received and accepted we will issue a refund for the initial order.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
