• Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days unless an expedited shipping option is selected.

• Estimated delivery dates for expedited shipping are displayed at checkout.

• If a delay occurs due to the carrier, we will assist in resolving the issue, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement as it depends on the carrier’s policies.

Holidays & Weather Delays

• Shipping carriers observe national holidays, which may impact delivery times.

• We are not responsible for delays due to holidays or inclement weather, and we encourage customers to plan accordingly.

International Shipping

• We offer international shipping through UPS, USPS, FedEx and other major carriers.

• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on the destination country. By placing an order, you agree to cover these charges upon package arrival.
